Tailored Pants

The first pair of jeans I’ve made, as a Christmas present for my brother.

My brother is 6’4” and very skinny. As a result, he has almost no pants that fit him. I tried very hard to find him some for Christmas, but eventually I realized it just wasn’t possible. I decided to make some custom to his measurements.

I built a basic pant pattern from his measurements, and figured out how to add on pockets and a fly. I did several test fittings, modifying them as I went so that the fit was perfect.

18th Century inspired Coat

I designed and created this coat from a modified pattern. It’s styled after late 18th century or early 19th century men’s fashion.

Peacoat

This was created as a replica of the iconic coat from the show BBC Sherlock. It is the first complicated clothing piece I ever made and was created by modifying a base pattern to fit my needs.
